Mobilization Director

 

Pioneers is seeking an individual who is passionate about the gospel and has proven leadership ability to fill the position of Mobilization Director.  This person will be responsible for leading the Mobilization team and developing recruitment strategies to mobilize new missionaries to the unreached.  This individual must be a follower of Jesus Christ who is in wholehearted alignment with Pioneers Canada's Values and Beliefs.

Job responsibilities include the development, oversight, and direction of Pioneers Mobilization team, determining strategies that enhance recruitment of missionaries and faithfully overseeing the processes to ensure missionaries are moving toward field service and representing Pioneers at recruitment events as well as to the Canadian church. Therefore, candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Previous missions and leadership experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position based at our home office in Dorchester, Ontario. Support-raising is required, and health benefits are provided.

Stewardship Coordinator


Pioneers is seeking a responsible, proactive individual to fill the position of Stewardship Coordinator.  This person will provide coordinative and administrative support to the Stewardship department, which helps raise funds for the organization.  Job duties include coordinating stewardship
communications produced internally and externally, such as appeal mailings, donor meetings (individual and group), compiling both narrative and financial reports and communicating with financial partners. This individual must be a follower of Jesus Christ who is in wholehearted alignment with Pioneers Canada's Values and Beliefs.

Candidates should have strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience with administrative tasks and proficiency in MS Office programs is a plus.

This part-time position provides a base salary for 20 hours/wk.
