Pioneers is seeking an energetic, inspiring and personable individual to fill the position of Mobilizer. This person will be responsible for representing Pioneers at various conferences and events in an effort to recruit potential missionary candidates for our Edge (summer), Venture (internships) and long-term missionary service.  This position reports to the Director of Mobilization.  This individual must be a follower of Jesus Christ who is in wholehearted alignment with Pioneer’s Values and Beliefs. The job includes engaging with potential missionary candidates, mentoring them toward service and discerning/matching their interests and passions with various field opportunities within Pioneers. Therefore, candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen, lead or mentor and a general knowledge of missions and ministry to the unreached.  Proficiency in MS Office programs is a plus. 

This is a full-time position based in our home office. Support-raising is required along with a valid Canadian drivers’ license. Health benefits are provided.
