Pioneers Canada is a registered charitable organization #119160901 RR0001. Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by Pioneers Canada. While a donor may express a preference that their gift be used for a specific approved program/project, the final decision on the gift’s use is that of Pioneers Canada. Each accepted designated gift for a program/project will be restricted, provided that Pioneers Canada may, at its discretion, repurpose the gift if such program/project’s purpose has been met or cannot be completed, with remaining funds to be used where they are most needed. If a gift cannot be used in the donor’s preferred manner, it is not be able to be returned and will remain the charitable property of Pioneers Canada.
