Equipping Leaders, Transforming Churches

The Need After a year in Rwanda, we’ve seen a critical gap: many local pastors lack formal theological training. This vacuum has allowed false teachings and the “Prosperity Gospel” to take root, leaving congregations without a solid biblical foundation.

Our Vision: Discipleship in Action We are launching a five-month training program for 12 key pastors and leaders. Our approach goes beyond the classroom; through monthly conferences, we focus on consistent interaction and personal relationships. By modelling the heart of a disciple rather than just an “authority figure,” we aim to transform leaders, their families, and their entire churches.

The Multiplication Effect Our mission is rooted in 2 Timothy 2:2: equipping faithful leaders who will, in turn, teach others. Our goal is for these pastors to return home and start Bible study groups, creating a ripple effect of sound doctrine across Rwanda.

Direct Outreach Rwanda’s deep Christian tradition offers a unique opportunity. Since Sunday attendance is high, we share the Gospel directly within local churches—meeting people exactly where they are to bring focused evangelism to a fertile harvest field.
